Hiring criteria
For any job opening at Tecspirit, after an initial short-listing of applications, we typically give out a written test which evaluates applicants for IQ as well as technical expertise (software engineering, design, quality assurance). Candidates clearing the first round are invited for possibly two more rounds of interview. In addition to solid engineering and good communication skills, we look for an entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude in our team members.
